Replacing or repairing your roof system can be a tedious task if you are doing it alone. TriVAN works diligently to keep the process for homeowners compact and orderly. This is a step by step procedure that you can expect from the professionals at TriVAN Roofing.
1Call to schedule your FREE ROOF SYSTEM INSPECTION.
You can either call us to schedule your inspection or fill out this form. This is the most important step. After you have made contact with us, we will schedule to have a professional roof system inspector come to your home and perform a complete roof system inspection. Once the inspector has completed this step, he will show you the options that are available to you. Color, shingle type, warranties, insulation, and any other factors involved with your roof will be reviewed.
2Quote.
Next, the inspector will get back with you to discuss any damage found, the cost of repairs, insurance information, shingle selection, warranty and craftsmanship of the workers.
3Set a date to start work.
After we have the information needed, we will be in contact with your insurance company and start ordering the materials for your job. We will arrange a time and day with you to start doing the work. Most homes usually take about one to two days to complete.
4Work Day.
One thing that our previous clients notice about the work day is our attention to detail. We require that the inspector and estimator be present at the beginning of all roofing work. This means that you will see the people that you talked to originally on-site at the beginning of the work day. We take the time to introduce the workers that will be working on your roof so that you will feel comfortable with our work force. Our crews have special members that do nothing but keep the job clean at all times. This means that the typical “messy roofer” syndrome that you normally see with other companies, you will not experience with TriVAN Roofing. Additionally, we also take extra precautions to cover property that may otherwise become damaged through the roofing process. Things like items falling into pools, flower beds and shrubs, air conditioner hardware are all covered and protected through the roofing process.
