Mr. Dave Custable

After 18 years with a major telecommunications company as a regional sales manager, Dave Custable started a real estate, roofing, and construction company in 2001. Mr. Custable has experience specializing in the real estate industry in wholesale buying, note buying, property renovation, domestic and international land development, property management and property retail sales.

As an instructor for wholesale buying, Mr. Custable has extensive experience in property renovation, roofing, rehabilitation, remodeling and maintenance in the investor community. In December of 2005, he was elected to the Board of Directors for the largest Dallas area investor club – AIREO.org and in 2007 was elected as Treasurer. He is also an active member of the Fort Worth area Investor club – REIO.
